Spilling Tea on Improving Life- Tips for Happiness



So here I am, back like I never left, ready to drop tips on how you can improve your life (specifically for girls, but heeey! Whatever).

1. CUT OFF ANY TOXIC VIBES
ESCPICALLY IF IT'S A BOY! The first few times may hurt you more than it hurts them, but learn to drift away from anyone who makes you feel or do things that make you "lower" your self worth. Understand you can grow & prosper without anybody & there are tons of other people & groups who are willing to accept you for you & see your worth. You have tons of potential & you shouldn't let anyone lessen it ❤️!!!

2. Put Your Phone Down!
The reason you've been procrastinating is probably your phone... learn to also take a break from social media. Everyone on these apps are not positive or real & reading or seeing these fake/negative vibes can drain you, even if they're not technically about you. Find something more productive to do with your free time.

3. Stop Hanging With People for Clout & Find Friends That Genuinely Care About You
If one of your "friends" continues to do/say things that bother you, CUT EM! They probably weren't your friend anyway sis.

4. Watch Who You Vent To
& Stop making posts on social media out of anger. Even if you are going through it, don't let social media know. You'll form a weak reputation & we not going out like that around here sis. BE STRONG! YOU GOT THISSSSS!

5. Understand That Life Goes On
I promise. Suffer in silence, but don't strain yourself about situations that wont matter in a couple of months. You can overcome anything. Pray about it & heal/protect your heart & mind, make it an essential habit.

6. Uhh
Ok so you know how it's always some irrelevant female or messy boy that wanna come f up your positivity? I know, I get sidetracked myself sometimes & jump outta character or say some out of line stuff, but keep cool sis, we having the upper hand, I promise. Try to avoid situations with these lame boys & negative behind girls.

7. Make Pampering Yourself a Priority
Focus less on drama & more of ways/things you want to do to improve yourself. It helps distract yourself from negativity & makes you feel good about getting your stuff together.

8. Boys Ain't S.... It. Boys Ain't It
But no for real, stop picking & faking for lame boys when its plenty who will give you the world & let go of your lame ex plzzzzz! FORGET THAT MAN SISSSSSSS! (& Y'all know how it's always a little group of girls who will never like you? F EMMMMM!)

9. Try Detox Water
like mixing different fruit, but I know I tried lemon & water the other day & it’s supposed to help clear skin, detox , improve PH balances & help with weight lost . I try to drink at a cup a day.

10. Lurking is Setting Yourself Up for Failure 
Stop it ! If you have to lurk you’re not in a good situation anyways. Also if you feel the need to block/unfollow someone because their posts irritate you/make you feel some type of way it’s totally fine, I used to think it was childish but I’ve learned how important  it is now to protect my happiness & keep myself sane .

11. School Friends Are Important.
Now let me give y’all these school survival tips. Stop trying to be antisocial in class because they’re not your typical group of people, make friends with peers and classmates & connect , the aid can be very beneficial when trying to stay on track , and an extra step would be to start a gc ! Everybody wins πŸ˜‚. Also OLDER STUDENTS ARE LIFE SAVERS, they have more experience or can help you avoid mistakes or share info they’ve received.

12. Enjoy Your Own Company Sometimes & Become Comfortable With Being Alone.
Also , you owe yourself a catch up day every once in a while ( i recommend Sunday’s . Sunday’s are my days typically for face masks, watching movies, catching up on hw & planning my week)

13. Read Something
My doctor says that reading improves the mind , whether you’re reading trash , an inappropriate Wattpad story or a textbook , reading CORRECT GRAMMAR is reading . Also books can distract and get your mind off a lot of things (I'm currently reading You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero).

14. Type Correct
I don't know what kind of tip this is but I think I️t's useful . So practice using correct grammar & punctuation when you text sometimes , one of my teachers told me sometimes texting and writing different confuses the mind . I don't knw, just something to consider .

15.  Forget Boys
Around the time last year I was soooo sad & depressed, I️ didn’t even want to go to school anymore & I’ve had my points through the year, but I spent a lot of time focused on boys this year . Stoooop that πŸ˜‚, cut I️t now . Never let a boy down you or make you feel any less than what you are bc he doesn’t see your greatness. You’re perfect rather he notices or not πŸ’–

16. Drama Avoiding Doesn't Mean Scary
Just because you’re positive and ignoring people does not mean you're lame ! A lot of people confuse drama avoiding with scary or not fun, when that has nothing to do with nothing. Turn up & live your life happily. Do what you want!

17. Actually Write Your Goals Down
 I use to think this was bs, but i️t really helps. Keeping everything planned out can help figure out what steps you need to do to reach them. One of my goals this year was to start a lifestyle blog & here I am.

2018- Why I Think I Started Wrong (An Update).

So listen, avoid what I did at any cost necessary. Looking back at my previous blog posts from earlier in the year, I was most definitely more determined and more productive. At this point I don’t know if it’s just the end of the semester or if I'm really just being lazy. I do know one thing for sure, school is kicking my A$#. Surviving The Semester- School Hacks!

Hi babies, it's the beginning of a new semester so I thought I'd throw out some tips on how to survive this last semester. These tips are not categorized in any way, so some may help socially while others may be beneficial academically. It just depends on whatever order I think of making the list, lol. Okay, here we go... 1) So, in order to want to succeed in school, or anything really, you must have some kind of motivation. By a certain time in the semester, determination seems to be completely lost. If you are having this problem, I recommend you reading, watching or listening to speeches to help. There are tons of apps, pages and YouTube videos for this and after the results may be effective in helping your ambition. Trust me this makes a difference, I do this when I get lazy with work.
